Body evolution provides fitness and wellness classes, courses and events. We can help you shape up and get fitter, stronger and more flexible than you have ever been. Our fitness classes will have you at your best in no time. Whether you are a complete novice looking to take the first step to a healthier lifestyle or you are an athlete looking to improve your times, we have a class for you. Of course we cater for everybody in between as well!
We can also introduce you to a new sport like kayaking or biking and provide expert tuition to get you going.
We can help you to learn a new skill like first aid or navigation.
All of our instructors are passionate about her/his speciality and classes are run in a friendly and welcoming manner.
For relaxation, we provide wellness classes and courses. Here you can tone up and improve flexibility and fitness while at the same time allowing your mind to relax.
We understand that your time is precious. We provide classes in 6 week blocks and we also provide one off "come and try" sessions. We are flexible to suit your schedule and have classes running at various times throughout the day. We can organise one off courses and classes to suit you and your group. If you dont find what you are looking for on our site contact us and we will arrange something specifically for you.
Our locations vary from our specially designed evolution exercise studio to many stunning outdoor locations. Our studio is the ideal location for pilates, yoga and indoor exercise. All of our outdoor classes and courses are based in areas of significant natural beauty where you will be getting fit and healthy while at the same time enjoying all the peace and tranquility that mother nature has to offer.
We have something to suit everybody including fitness classes, bootcamp, kayaking, yoga, pilates, biking, guided walking, first aid courses, navigation courses and more.
